Not only will you learn what a needs assessment is, but you’ll learn how to use one. The course will teach you how to decide whether to conduct a needs assessment or use a survey. In addition, the course will teach you best practices for marketing design. Best of all, you’ll learn how to formulate a needs assessment and marketing plan to use in your library!
